Add your existing email list to your Fanbank account to quickly and easily email your professionally designed campaigns to your customers.
- First, download or copy your list from your current email tool or tools.
- Visit your Business Portal and click Fan Stats. Near the top right, you will see an "Import Fans" button.
- Click "Import Fans" to start the process.
- Fill in your business information and attach your file by clicking “Click to upload.”
- If you prefer, you can copy and paste your list of email addresses into the text box.
- Make sure you click “Start Import” to send the list to Fanbank. You can check the Contact Your Fanbase section of Fan Stats to confirm when you upload is complete (you’ll see a number representing the emails you sent us in that box).
