Using Your Materials - Service Businesses

Follow these simple steps to maximize customer enrollments from in-person interactions.

Every customer touchpoint is essential, and even more so if you’re on the move.

Customers enrolled in your program will automatically be enticed to schedule their next appointment or service. Here’s how to turn a customer interaction into an enrollment in your program.

Step 1) The handout cards are your bread and butter

Your cards are designed to get up to 25% conversion (source: Retail Dive), so take advantage of every customer interaction - site visit, completing a service, or whatever it may be. Get a handout card in your customer’s hands and tell them a special offer is waiting for them when they enroll in your program. 

Stapling a card to your invoice is also a great way to get it in customers’ hands, and make sure to call attention to it.

Step 2) Whatever other real estate you have - add your poster to it

Your truck window? A clipboard? Toolbox? Anywhere customers might see the message is a chance to make an impression. Keep hammering home the message and get customers enrolled.
